Amazing service Nice staff Very kind, Rufat speaks very well English Answering WhatsApp fast and booking easy, prices are straight ahead posted and clear for everyone and cars in good condition without mechanical issues When coming in, they serve us tea and gave us wifi, completed the papers and helped us with getting SIM cards and internet before getting the car The 2 ladies in the middle are nice and kind and welcoming, smiling and cheerful and do whatever possible to help, even if their English isn’t ideal And there are 3 more guys, kind helpful and showed us the tickets, fair It’s really easy to get tickets in this country, so drive safely and watch out for police When returning the car dirty you pay 10azn for sedan, it’s fine fair Although this should be deleted as it should be part of the service and money they get to wash every car returned back to them, I don’t agree with this fine point Overall nice staff, nice atmosphere and well service, I recommend!

Foreigners - please stay away from this place. they’ll rip you off and scam you. unethical, unprofessional, and very corrupt people running a scam business. they charged us double rate and then deducted our deposit because the car ran on the wet streets of Baku. please stay away from this scam shop for your own mental peace. ✌️

Scammers- BEWARE!!! First they charged a premium for a day rental, then they make us wait more than an hour till their “professional driver” gets the car from the garage. On top of that, they charged 10% more because I wanted to pay by card (talk about tax evasion). When I came back to return the car, they had the audacity to charge 10 extra manats (originally asked for 30 manats) saying that the car needs *cleaning*. So all in all, they charged 175 manat for a mini SUV day rental. Mind you, we were just driving around Baku and main highways. Now if the road has wet potholes, these scam artists want you to pay for the water that splashes on the door. Anyways having read this review, if someone still chooses to rent a car here, it’s better to burn your hard earned dollars in a fire pit than supporting these scammers. A business built on scams and lack of ethics doesn’t go much far. Please stay away for your mental sanity. So sad that a few people like these con artists give a beautiful place like Baku a bad rep.
