The best ice cream I've ever had! As a vegan, I don't have a lot of ice cream options in Baku but Luca Polare is my life saver! All of their fruit ice creams are vegan and so yummy! Haven't tried their coffee but they also have little snacks life hummus and veggies (which i liked) and vegan sandwich (did not kike this one much). This branch is close to Caspian plaza, usually very quiet and not crowded. It is also good place fo work.
