Service is not good, some staff members are not professional. They don’t know how to treat customer. I made an order and it came without potato (which was on the menu). When I asked, he answered that menu changed 3 months so he can’t do anything, instead of apologizing or offering me smth different

I was at Movida during lunchtime and tried their lunch menu, which offers a burger with a cheese option. I ordered that combination. The meat inside the burger was very hard to cut or bite. Also, although it was called “burger with cheese,” there was just a sprinkle of chewy, gummy cheese that stuck to the bread and was hard to notice. There was less sauce and fewer greens. They just ticked the box—no quality. Just disappointing

Food was delicious. It was one of the best that I have eaten in Baku. However particularly one waiter serving us was unprofessional. He spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner. I would like to ask the restaurant management to resolve this matter as this will keep happening to other customers as well.
