Great coffee, but also lovely staff. Since I visited them every morning of my trip, they even wanted to know where I'm from and what I liked about Baku. It was such pleasent atmosphere, and it's usually not that crowdy.

Unfortunately; I will have to say this time I visit Starbucks like never visited or experienced them before!!! This Starbucks branch staff are very bad and lazy!!! I had to wait sooo long for my drink; and they are busy chitchat with each other and I had to request from them to refill the sugar container and request from them hot drink holder which they forget!! Am I in Starbucks REALLY?!
