The food was delicious and fresh, and the service provided by the staff was prompt, courteous, and attentive. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Vapiano and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience in Baku.

The best Cezar salad in town. I always order with shrimps but keep in mind that tomatoes are with additional charge (rounding between 20-25 azn for one portion). It’s a good place to visit with your friends if you are shy to split the bill since they give a “shopping cards” for each guest, to pay after you had your meal

At this point Vapiano restaurants are a go-to choice for me in Baku. Friendly staff, everything is clean. The food is great, especially their Calzone. The drinks are also great whether it be cocktails or hot drinks. Easy to follow self-service system.

I love pizza in Vapiano( Ganjlik Mall). It is very delicious, and rocket/arugula is always fresh on the pizza, making it more delicious. Unlike Vapiano (Khagani Garden/Molokan Garden), the pizza preparation is fast, and nobody forgets your order.

It has amazing decoration, but the food was really bad, I ordered Alfredo and bolognese and it was terrible, they didn’t keep the spaghetti in the water for a good time it was so fast and it was very hard to eat, but the Alfredo had the worst problem and it was the mushrooms and dry chicken, it tasted like the mushrooms were expired and the chicken was very hard to eat, despite the easy ingredients it tasted very fishy, they have good people at the reception, but I think they need to put tissues at the tables with forks. Over all good decoration, but the food was horrible.

The glass was smelly — a clear sign of poor hygiene. The food is what you’d expect from this chain: passable, but unremarkable.

Without a doubt the worst "Pizza" I have eaten in a long time. First of all its almost twice the price for a regular pizza in Baku. Second, the pizza was so poorly made and so thin that it was pretty much just cardboard with cheese on it for 17 Manat. These guys have absolutely no idea what a Pizza is even though they are tossing aroung dough.
