My favorite place for drink a coffee.The Greatest view over Baku, especially at night. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere. But services and food is a mediocre.

Good restaurant. Almost you can see every corner of Baku. The service is exceptional from the moment you hand your coat in until the cloakroom attendant to the moment you leave. The food is good too, but it could be better. The menu was too normal, tho. I was expecting many more offers. The location is great being on the centre of the city. You can see everywhere which is most unique thing about this restaurant. The choice of wine is fine Staff was friendly

Service and the view were really nice. Food - not so much. Portions are very small and it didn't taste good at all. Definitely a place to go for drinks and coffee, but don't expect much with food.

The only good thing is the view, the staff are not helpful at all, the place has minimum charge of 25azn per person and the staff stands on the top of your head to order as fast as you sit, there is no wifi and the food taste and the drinks are very bad and low quality
