A modern spot, designed for young people, with a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The Cinnabon pastries were tasty, except for the chocolate one, which seemed reheated rather than freshly made, slightly disappointing our expectations. The cashier asked for a tip, but the service itself was nothing remarkable. We might come back to give it another chance.

This afternoon, I visited this café where I ordered two coffees and a cinnamon roll. When it was time to settle the bill, the waiter insisted on adding a service charge. Although the receipt clearly indicated an amount of 25.20 (in the local currency), he requested a higher payment than stated. When I politely declined (for personal reasons), he reacted by placing the receipt back into the metal cup in which it had been presented, doing so in an abrupt and noisy manner. I would like to note, for context, that I am visiting this country as a tourist, and it is truly unfortunate to encounter such behavior in an otherwise very beautiful city.

I was truly shocked 😪 The cinnamon rolls were good, fresh, and had a delicious texture, but after we finished eating, the waiter asked us for a 10-manat service charge. The service charge differed depending on whether you paid in cash or by card, and I also noticed that the amount varied based on the customer’s appearance. They also don’t include the service charge on the bill, so they can say any amount they want. It was my first time, and I will never go there again.

The waiter asked for extra 4 manat as a service charge that is not mentioned on the receipt, and when we asked him why its not mentioned in the receipt he said its a tip! They cannot force the customer to pay the tip! how the franchisee accepts that practice and attitude
