I love Costa coffee and prefer it over other brands specially the green one. This particular branch is located inside the old city beside the Maiden tower which makes it an amazing spot for a coffee.

Very professional staff and warm welcoming, they do have inside and outside sitting area where 4-5 group of people can sit together. Free wifi also available so you can enjoy your coffee with old city cultural traditions.

Interior designed well and location of it is quite good which you can see Qız Qalası (Maiden Tower) as well. Only downside is it’s a bit small and noisy so not a great spot to spend time. Coffee was average but prices are fair for the place similar to this. Cheers ✌🏻

Terrible staff… I visited Costa Coffee at the Old City branch today, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The two baristas had unfriendly, angry expressions towards everyone, including me. I only ordered a coffee, but they ignored me and served with frustrated faces, which gave off very negative energy. I do not recommend coming to this branch. Other Costa Coffee locations are much better with friendlier staff, but this one was truly disappointing.

The staff are not kind and did not cooperate good with customer. The cooffee and iced coffe tasted bad. We asked the staff to add more caramel tastey in the iced caramel coffee becuse it does not have caramel, but they refused. The dealing very bad.

great location, horrible service, slow with low quality for Costa standards
