A wonderful place to eat and relax, we have enjoyed it a lot. The service, the atmosphere, the food and the sea view were all great. Special thanks to Ismayil for his warm welcome, perfect desert recommendation and being so nice and sharing about local specifics, really appreciated! You made our day! A wonderful place to enjoy great food with a sea view and comfortable seating. The restaurant is located right by the ocean, boasting charming decor and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was delectable; the avocado salad was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dynamite burger and penne in pink sauce were also outstanding. The beef sandwich was juicy and delicious, and we enjoyed the chicken bowl and chicken wrap as well. The tiramisu was a standout—rich with coffee flavor and incredibly tasty. I also loved the Manchan tea, known as "blue tea," which turns purple when you add dried lemon. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a must-visit while in Baku. Ismail was very kind and had a great customer oriented skills, very friendly and helpful « Keep it up bro » and wish all staff are like him.

The vibe of this is so peaceful and calm. Love it just sit relax with good company and a beautiful view of the caspian sea. There’s also a friendly cat that walks in from time to time to chill around for a bit. Ask for Ismayil he is the best. He collects currencies from around the world so give him a small note to add to his collection

I had a fantastic experience at Dopamine! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was perfect for a relaxed evening out. A big shoutout to ISMAYIL, our server, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

The food was very, very tasty. There were three of us there, including a small child, and it was fantastic. The burgers were especially amazing. Special thanks go to the staff, especially Cavidan, who read our every word and was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the evening. We'll be happy to go back and can recommend it to anyone who wants delicious food and excellent service.

I came here for coffee and dessert, so I ordered Pavlova and it was little harsher than usual. Cafe latte and filter coffee were good. Service was good too.
