Floors. The Housing Space.

Despite going to Floors several times, I never realised that as well as being a bar/restaurant it was also a hotel. I cannot, therefore vouch for its qualities as an inn. However, if you want to sup a well-made national cocktail overlooking the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, facing the Flame Towers and with the Caspian Sea glistening in the distance, this is the place to be. You’ll need to climb up to the top floor and sit on a chair that doesn’t have a hole in it, but it’s worth the effort. You can eat there too, though there isn’t much choice. Perhaps it’s just serendipity, but the fact that the Italian embassy lies below seems to equip Floors with a nice little spaghetti carbonara. Could be a romantic setting, if you’re that way inclined, but, once again, avoid the bottomless chairs.

This place is super cozy and has a wonderful view. It's located in the Old City I don't think it functions as a hostel like it used to. It's a nice cafe bar now. The top floor is just awesome, view over Shirvanshah Palace on one side , Flame Towers on one and Caspian sea on the other. Menu isn't that diverse but the prices are okay, rather reasonable. One thing I didn't like though was the fact that the post terminal didn't work and we had to basically send them money on the bank app.

Amazing views and service. Hot chocolate was delicious and so were the complimentary biscuits. Loved the ambiance. 10/10.

Great location, great view on the balcony. But not great and tasty food. Went there for breakfast with my family. Even though there was space on the balcony, it wasn't possible to sit there for not having any umbrellas. However, rooms itself were an average. The food wasn't great. And the choices weren't a lot. Service and personnel were roughly good Maybe in the evening, when you are able to sit on the balcony, it may be a good place, but definitely not within the day

You can buy here some bottled water or beer, but not more than that, I don't recommend. The interior looks nice at first glance, but the bathrooms are rundown, with some doors barely holding on. They also don’t accept card payments, cash only.

Great bar with fabulous views from the rooftop. Guy who served us was friendly enough. But the draft beer was unavailable. What was on offer was tepid. And while it can be practice to have a surcharge for the rooftop, this should be displayed clearly on entry and on ordering. Not revealed only on presentation of the bill. Leaves the customer feeling ripped off.

Great views but not of the Palace gardens.Menu is a QR code so not great if you don't have a local SIM. Ordered 2 beer took 40 mins to arrived and then added the standard 10% service charge to bill, if you are over 25 you will feel old. When you go to pay the bill they tell you they don't take credit card. Not the best place we have been to in Baku, which is a great city to visit.

Tasteless drinks and terrible, slowly service that doesn't understand any English. What's worse, the place lists different prices on the menu than on the bill. The restaurant is a scam.
