Great guest experience amazing entertainment delicious food big rooms perfect medical care wonderful staff and the nature! Pool is so big and wide. Lunch and dinner buffet are so rich and tasty. Lobby bar team is amazing and helpful. Very well done 👏

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The paraffin was spoiled, and the Naftalan baths were managed so poorly that they were always delayed and carried out without any respect for hygiene or sanitary rules. The rooms smelled terrible, were not cleaned properly, and felt completely neglected. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would never recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the best hotel we ever stayed in! And we are experienced travelers, so we are comparing it against many other 5 stars hotels we visited all over Europe and North America. Everything from the room size and comfort to the service of the extra helpful staff was outstanding! But one thing that blew our minds ( in a good way:) was the restaurant - the meals were delicious and it had so much choices - we couldn't believe it! Breakfast was great and thanks to Lala - the supervisor- you can order anything on top of already multiple choices. Lala definitely made us and all the other guests feel like royals by her warm greetings and questions how we like everything and if there anything special she can cook a specialy for us. The same we can say about the chef Teymur - he is so skilled and talented-definitely on the level of a Michelin star!|Also the staff at the medical spa is amazing- so attentive, helpful and wonderful- they are too many to name but Mehdi and Fatima at the naftalan bath are outstanding! So this was our best vacation experience ever and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Everything was just super and great. The work of the staff of the sanatorium, restaurant and medical department was at the highest level. Hospitality, friendliness, responsiveness, professionalism. Great food and excellent cuisine. Great animation. Comfortable spacious rooms. We will definitely return. We recommend this sanatorium and this resort to everyone. Best Regards Namig !!!

All staff is very friendly, ready to help.||Check in wasn't smooth but eventually worked well. ||Special thanks to room cleaning and catering for their hard work and very kind treatment. The menu is extensive, rich and of a high quality. The temperature of hot dishes could have been higher though. ||Rooms are large enough with great view on green garden and mountains. ||Excellent bed, large flat tv and comfortable bathroom with dryer makes your stay further enjoyable and entertaining. ||Huge green park with professionally designed landscape, playground and open pool makes the facility truly outstanding amongst others. ||The only disturbing factor was the behaviour of guests putting their phones loud while waiting for medical treatment or in canteen.

Is a place beyond expectation, the room is luxurious and spacious, the services is superb - despite’s not fluent in English everyone super nice and trying their best to help, the meal is traditional food so-so. Spa and the Naftalan oil bath are highlights!

The receptionist Temerlan is so rude with customers. He doesn't know at all his job. When I asked about the massage service, why there is only 1 massage room, he replied just I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU CAME HERE. And he just simply replied there is no open space till 1 week. I came from USA to take a full board and there in no enough services for customers. I highly recommend to choose another resort if you come for medical services.

Hi, I would like to express my experience with this resort. First of all the resort itself has a medical treatment services which we came for where it doesn't cost your money. All services are full, all the day and you have to wait 1-2hours for each where you spend all you time and sometimes you miss lunch time. Secondly, the staff is so rude, especially from desk at medical services. The worker with the name Temerlan is not helpful with the customers, even he shouted at my mom when she asked to help her. All front desk staff are not as friendly as they should be. I highly recommend you not to stay at this resort if you come for treatment.
