If you’re looking for the best shisha in town, Huqqabaz is the place to be! The atmosphere is incredible—very stylish and cozy at the same time. The hookah was spot on: smooth, flavorful, and lasted a long time without getting harsh. Also, a huge shoutout to the staff for being so attentive. Definitely my new favorite spot to unwind. 10/10 recommend!

I had visited Huqqabaz many times in the past, and it used to be one of my favorite places for breakfast. Everything was always excellent — the food, the service, the atmosphere. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I was genuinely disappointed by how much the place has changed. The quality of the food has noticeably declined. Dishes that were once flavorful and well-prepared now felt bland and poorly executed. The service has also deteriorated — the staff seemed less attentive, slower, and not as welcoming as before, which immediately affected the overall experience. What surprised me even more was the condition of the interior. The sofa had greasy stains and even holes, creating an impression of neglect that I had never seen there before. It felt nothing like the place I used to enjoy so much. It seems that the chef and management may have changed, and sadly, the difference is very obvious. I used to genuinely love this place, so it’s disappointing to see such a decline. I really hope they address these issues and bring back the quality they were once known for.

My experience after having been here three times already: • The shisha is of poor quality. I smoke a lot of shisha and have done so in many countries. The tobacco tastes cheap, and the disposable plastic hose is a bad joke! The shishas are designed for show, not for good flavor. • Every time someone orders certain cocktails, it turns into a circus. Several waiters put on masks and start clapping awkwardly to the music. That might be entertaining at a children’s birthday party, but in a place where adults come to drink and smoke shisha, all you need is good music and a DJ not a cheap show every 30 minutes! Ridiculous and very annoying. • There are plenty of waiters, but none of them actually work. You have to ask several times for anything, and politeness doesn’t seem to exist here. If I were the owner, I would fire 90% of the staff immediately! • The music is 2/10. How can anyone have such terrible taste? Really, really bad. Conclusion: A restaurant of very poor quality. If you enjoy children’s birthday parties, you’ll love it here — but adults should definitely stay away!
