The manager was great! I've been here with my 2 kids. Using the kiosk,it was some mistake to check spicy chicken bucket instead of original for my kids. And we were waiting for it. Suddenly a manager came to us whether I choose the chicken spicy or not. Because I was being with kids ,but I checked spicy. It was weird. He seemed to come and check the right order. If they aren't interest in custermers , it will not happen. Never. I really appreciate for your help in advance.

I understand that KFC is a fast food ,but i travel a lot and was in many KFC's around the world. Dirty tables, floor and WC . Come on ! management needs to keep more workers on shift to maintain cleanliness

I don't know about the day shift, but the night shift is terrible. First of all, everytime I used the kiosk, I check the option "take away" at the start, but they serve it in the tray as if you are foing to eat there. If I didn't hear them yelling the number, I would miss it. Second, even if your burger is the only one ready in their area, the personnel just waits for at least 5 min for you to eat a cold burger. Third, even though there is a screen showing the order numbers, which is ready, which is being prepared, the last two times I was there at night, they are not cleaning the served part, so the numbers are piling up. So again, what you need is to hear them yelling. This is not a decent experience.

Good food but the terminals don’t give fiscal receipts and they don’t notify about it (I need the check for my company). Also was doing a takeaway order and they didn’t put any tissues

Excessive fat and salt. Some pieces of chicken weren’t even cooked properly. I couldn’t finish it.

Poor service, staffs are tricking my only giving legs pieces. After checking they served chicken with full of salt. KFC plz take action or close the shop before spoil your reputation.

The worst ever eaten chicken, apparently refried, not fresh and excessive salt. Posting pic of the fried chicken doesn't look freshly prepared. Even the potato wedges weren't taste good 😕
