Taste is good but staff needs to understand English language for international visitors. We faced the problem because Kiosk machine was not working and English language was not working in machine

This is the most ridiculous experience I had with KFC!!! KFC is Kentucky Fried Chicken, this branch I visited has no chicken thighs!!!

I ordered 9 spicy strips of chicken for take away and had to wait for 52 minutes after placing the order. Upon multiple reminders, the lady finally handed me over the box. Upon reaching home, I found out that the box only had 6 strips in it. (So I paid 9.50 for only 6 strips.) And there is no way to lodge a complaint. I hate KFC.
