The behavior of the KFC staff in this store was very disappointing and unprofessional. The chicken which we took was poor and it was totally spoiled so we approached them to clarify about this, but their response was very poor and they were laughing with each other and there was one person named Mr Ibrahim who was not at all professional and behaved rude with us Additionally, the response to complaints was inadequate, further exacerbating the negative experience. Such service not only affects customer satisfaction but can also damage the reputation of the establishment. It's crucial for staff to be trained in customer service to ensure a more positive dining experience.

Staff cant be more pathetic and rude than the one here .. kfc should also invest some amount in their hospitality training instead of spending all on marketing and advertisements.. Staff not even listening to people and giving away orders randomly without any que . On display, they show order ready while they have not even started processing..not coming again.

The service is very poor — every time we have to wait a long time, around 20–30 minutes. The staff are very slow. It doesn’t feel like a fast-food place at all.

What a poor service, i ordered and choose to pay at checkout, after waiting for long, i asked how long it will take more, they say we are closed, no one know English at all
