orders are delivered extremely slowly compared to other kfcs, staff forgot one item I ordered (out of 2) though the taste is much better than most kfcs in the city

Very disappointing experience at this KFC. They don’t provide any paper plates or proper containers — everything is just thrown into buckets and boxes. When I asked for a plate, the staff simply said they don’t have any. It’s unacceptable for a big international brand like KFC to ignore basic customer needs. Eating here is very inconvenient and messy, especially with kids.

The historic building and the worlds largest KFC has been demolished and it's now just a regular old KFC. Nothing special.

They give you a burger with everything scattered and stale bread, you have to assemble it yourself ;)
