I had an outstanding dining experience at Koshque21 in Baku—definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve visited. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We started with sweet potato chips and guacamole, a unique and flavorful combination, followed by a rich and comforting tomato soup and perfectly crisp garlic bread. The Margarita pizza was delicious with a great balance of flavors, and the focaccia burrata was fresh and creamy. The standout main was the seafood orzo, packed with bold, vibrant flavors that were simply irresistible. To end on a high note, we had the best tiramisu I’ve ever had—light, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right touch of coffee. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern twist on Italian-inspired cuisine in Baku!

As someone with a discerning palate, shaped by experiences at two Michelin-starred restaurants and a passion for cooking, I don't easily offer praise. However, Koshque 21, a somewhat hidden gem in Baku, has truly impressed me with its exceptional culinary craftsmanship. The in-house creations here are remarkable. The chicken croquettes are a revelation—delicately textured, they literally melt in your mouth, delivering an extraordinary sensory experience. My girlfriend's fettuccine with burrata was equally outstanding, embodying the same level of finesse. (P.S. all in-house made) For dessert, we indulged in their tiramisu, paired with Jasmine and Shantaram Black tea, which provided the perfect finishing touch to our meal. The entire experience, at a cost of approximately 120 manat, was worth every penny. I am grateful to have such dedicated chefs in Baku, and I highly recommend Koshque 21 for those seeking a top-tier dining experience. Hope they will maintain this level.

Koshque21 in Baku is a wonderful place! It’s an excellent restaurant with a stylish and cozy interior that creates a relaxing atmosphere. We stopped by for a cup of coffee and some ice cream, and both were exceptional — delicious and high-quality. The friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, as they make the experience even more enjoyable. The only note is that the prices are slightly higher than in nearby cafes, but they are justified by the level of service and ambiance. Definitely worth a visit!

The atmosphere was very warm and elegant, the service was top notch, the waiter was very attentive and polite, he was checking with us every step of the way and making sure the table is clean; cleanliness is 100/10; for the food we ordered a margarita pizza- which was nice , mushroom and Parmesan risotto it had a very nice flavor and it was creamy but the risotto itself was a bit undercooked ; beef medallions with pepper sauce which was delicious - the sauce was really nice and peppery beef was delicious but I asked for it to be Medium and I received medium well, mashed potatoes was one of the best mashed potatoes I have tasted, very well seasoned and creamy and delicious and sweet potatoes chips with guacamole dip - the chips were nice and crispy and salty and the dip was herby and delicious my only complaint is that I wanted more from the dip but the portion was small. The portion sizes are for one person only , not shareable except for the pizza.
