The presentation and place is amazing but I didn't like the taste much ... The prices are also very good but just a little tiny bit lack of taste.... Otherwise great desserts

Great service - but my cheesecake was really stiff - the biscuit base was not crunchy or well done either. It was almost stodgy. Didn’t enjoy sadly :(

Horrible service, we were kicked out of the coffee just under the because we were three people ordering 1 order (as the waiter says that it's mandatory during service hours that each person orders atleast 1 order. Even though their were a lot of free tables yet we were still kicked out and forced to take our order as take-away) to top this off, I gave the cashier 20 manat after ordering strawberry magnolia which is 8.5 manats. He gave me back 2. I told him their is missing change, and he then responded in Turkish, which made his colleges laugh after which he apologised and gave me the missing change

Rude waiter that butts a lot into the order And everything we wanted initially wasn't here available Also, why the hell can't I order just tea for myself if there's a whole party with me that's also ordering other stuff

the waiter is so rude , and he told us we have to pay minimum 40 manat for the table !!! and i went to clarify from the cashier he said you can just order a drink and 1 desert , he did not mention 40 manat !!!! ... i do not recommend at all because of racism and bad treatment ..

we ordered lemon cheesecake which was stale and tasted as if it was 2 3 days old, which the manager was kind enough to replace with oreo maglonia which also had a very bad taste.

There is a dead insect on the table that is sticked. Bubble tea tastes like just bubble. Cleaning is not done properly. Prices are overrated.
