Great food. I really liked it. A sort if boat shaped pizza but without the sauce.

Our order was mixed pide. The quality of the dough and the cooking rate were good. Pide Harci and the quality of the materials used were quite good. The amount of salt, oil, spices, and flavoring was good, but the qiyma (ground meat) did not have an acceptable taste. The volume of food and the size of the portion were completely acceptable considering the price of the food. The variety of the menu and the time it takes to prepare the food, the cleanliness, and the behavior of the staff were good and acceptable. In this price range, it is recommended to try.

We tried Pidem at the 28 Mall food court and ordered the Lahmacun. The taste was okay — not the best we've had, but decent enough for a quick bite. The portion size was fair, and the food was served warm. Service was reasonably quick, and the seating area in the food court was clean and comfortable. It's a convenient option if you're shopping at the mall and looking for a light Turkish-style meal, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of flavor and presentation.

The pide and lahmacun were delicious; however, the künefe, which is a special sweet dish that should be prepared with special cheese, was over-fried and not soft. I had asked beforehand whether the restaurant could prepare this dish properly, as not every place can, and the representative assured me that there was no need to worry. However, the künefe was disappointing, and I did not like it.
