For me, Room Fine Art Wine & Dine is less about formal dining and more about the social atmosphere around the bar. It’s the kind of place where you stand with a drink, gather around a table with friends and let the evening unfold naturally. It has that traditional European pre-party and after-party feel — lively, elegant and perfect for starting or ending a night out. The wine and drinks selection makes it especially easy to settle in and stay longer than planned. A great social spot for evenings out.

I would say one of the best place for having your wine and nice food in Baku, so creative owner, have exhibition almost every month, and it’s decorated in each holiday season, foods are amazing, and guys who works there gives best service. Live DJ set during Friday and weekend, free delicious snacks and salads on Wednesday, free wine and cheese board on Thursdays, and some special events and opening from time to time. It used to be my place for almost every week when I lived in Baku. Miss the vibe sometimes.

Lovely small wine bar. Good virety of different wines as well as other drinks. Service was good and the bar was nearly full even on a Thursday. There a couple of comics and magazines. I personally loved that.

I visit this place Everytime I am in Baku since it opened. Food and wine selections is great. You won't be able to get breer on tap, only bottled and couple cocktails options. On Wednesdays they are doing free buffet after 9 pm. Music is so good that you won't sit steal. The only problem is this place allows smocking inside and I mean Smocking. So if u r okay with that def check it out

These guys think they are something. I was there several times, spent money and then one day the didn't let me in cuz I came alone without a lady. Ok have a good one) many places around you are way better. I would waste my time if you read this! Don't go

Terrible service and ambiance. This is more like a brightly lit stuffy pub than a proper wine bar. Gross.

Last time I visited, I was there with my family celebrating a special occasion. I’ve been a regular at this place for nearly 10 years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. At the table next to us, there was a group of women (35+) who started behaving very inappropriately. One of them began trying to “twerk” in front of my sister’s fiancé, clearly attempting to flirt. This made my sister very uncomfortable, especially given her health condition, which requires her to avoid stressful situations. We discreetly informed the waiters about what was happening and even asked for one of our bills early, anticipating the situation could escalate. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t take our request seriously. It was obvious they valued those women more because they were attracting male clients, regardless of how disrespectful their behavior was. The situation worsened when one of the women loudly mocked my sister, saying things like, “I twerk for your fiancé, and I do it well.” I warned her several times to stop, but she continued, provoking not just my sister but also me. She even began threatening me, saying things like, “You’ll see how I handle you.” At that point, I lost patience and poured her drink back on her face—because from the very beginning, her behavior had been nothing but disrespectful. Instead of addressing the root cause, the staff grabbed me, forced me out, and even kept my personal belongings inside, while those women remained inside continuing their behavior. To this day, those same women are still welcome there because they bring in more “clients,” while I, a loyal customer for a decade, was permanently banned for standing up against blatant disrespect. Very poor management. Very poor service. Absolutely below 1 star. Updated: If this so-called establishment had any real control over its guests—especially those who hurl insults at strangers and make threats unprovoked—then perhaps you'd understand what it means to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Allowing that kind of behavior to happen unchecked, while placing blame on only one side, shows a complete lack of understanding when it comes to protecting your patrons. As long as you continue managing things this way, your chances of becoming a truly customer-focused business are slim. Good luck dealing with future incidents—you're going to need it. And no, I don’t need your well wishes. Thanks.
