I had a great experience at Özsüt Cafe & Restaurant in Baku. The service was very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. They offer a business lunch with a menu that changes every day, which is a big plus. Prices are very reasonable, around 13–14 AZN, considering the quality and service. I would definitely visit again whenever I’m in Baku. Highly recommended!

Özsüt has always been one of my favorite restaurant franchises in Baku, and I’ve visited nearly all of their branches. I’ve been to this particular location several times, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The service was unusually slow — we had to wait around 30 minutes for everything to arrive at the table. On top of that, the tables and chairs were not clean and didn’t seem well-maintained, which was a letdown. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, which further affected the overall experience. That said, the atmosphere was still great. It’s a nice spot for families, and the pricing is moderate — not too expensive, but not particularly cheap either. I would still recommend this place, especially for its ambiance and family-friendly vibe, but keep in mind that the service can be quite slow, and the food may not always arrive hot.

We were a family of 10. Bad service. They kept delaying things. We waited over an hour for our breakfast order. No bread, bad tea. We didn’t even get proper cutlery to serve ourselves the food. The most basic things, all we had to ask one by one.

TLDR: Come and challenge the world's saltest pizza and noodles! This restaurant has a good rating, which is why we passed by and came here. The restaurant was full of customers and the staff was friendly and reassuring. But the food - at least the two we ordered - the four cheeses pizza and the noodles with chicken were very salty, and the noodles were too soft and had no texture. What was even more frustrating was that we quickly drank a pot of mixed tea to match the overly salty food, and when we asked the staff to refill the pot, we were refused. Later, perhaps out of personal sympathy, the staff brought us a glass of warm water and let us to add it to the pot ourselves, but by then we were completely in no mood to eat. This was the worst restaurant we had eaten in our week-long trip to Baku.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a meat dish, but the meat was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. We asked the restaurant to cook it more, but they returned the same dish with no improvement at all. I then requested to either fix the meat or change the dish, but the restaurant manager refused both requests and spoke to me very rudely. When I informed him that I would write a negative review, he responded arrogantly and told me to go ahead and even gave me his name to include. This is unacceptable service and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The manager's name is Kamran and and the branch is at Nezami Street Baku

Food is OK, not great. Quite expensive, and portions are very small. Cutlery is not of good quality, knives very dull. Service is good, but that's the only positive experience about this place. We came in hungry and we left hungry.
