I visited this coffee shop that left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the coffee served was of excellent quality, meeting the standards I would expect from a reputable establishment. The baristas demonstrated professionalism and skill, ensuring that my coffee was crafted with care. The atmosphere of the coffee shop was cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant place to spend some time. However, there was one aspect that disappointed me: the reservation system for tables. It seemed as though the shop had reserved tables, but it was clear that these reservations were not genuine. I observed that the staff selectively chose who could sit inside or outside based on appearance and group size, which left me feeling frustrated. I patiently waited for an hour, hoping that someone would claim these supposedly reserved seats, but to my dismay, no one did. This experience made me question the professionalism of the staff and their judgment in managing the seating arrangements. Despite this disappointment, I offer this feedback as constructive criticism. I believe that the coffee shop has the potential to improve by reevaluating their reservation system and treating all customers fairly, regardless of their appearance or group size. By addressing this issue, the coffee shop could create an even more enjoyable experience for all visitors. Overall, while the coffee and baristas met my expectations, the problem with the reservation system left a sour note. I encourage the staff to reflect on this feedback and strive for greater professionalism in all aspects of their service.
