I visited Costa Coffee in Baku Terminal 1, and the experience was very disappointing. The cashier was arrogant and rude. We were waiting in line, but instead of taking our order, he was busy using his mobile phone and didn’t even talk to us. Very unprofessional behavior. I will not visit or buy from this shop again. I ordered iced spanish latte, and first they are giving me a hot spanish latte. And I said it's supposed to be iced. What they did was took the hot spanish latte and put iced on it. That is not how you make iced Spanish latte for your information. So disappointed.

The worst experience I have ever had in a Costa .. when I went online to comment, I realized how low rating this branch had . First of all there was a long line because one of the two employees was late to duty , and then they gave me the wrong order and did not make it up for me at the time .. i left without my coffee and didnt even ask for refund .. at some places all u want is leave

Very dispoiting service There is no trays to serve the order. There is no staff to provide service the same staff taking order and same staff preparing orders and service is to slow.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and showed no respect toward customers. Their attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, which completely spoiled the visit. As paying customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect — not to be treated as if we are begging for service. This behavior is unacceptable, especially at an international airport branch representing a global brand like Costa Coffee.
