I had an Iced Mocha, and it was tasty. The place was cozy, comfortable, and quiet since I went during the afternoon hours. I was also satisfied with the service.

I give 5* review, because the location is just opened and the staff is probably new and very friendly. However the taste of the coffee was a bit burnt. And, just a suggestion for the management: When customers order their coffee and food, it would be better to ask for their names and call them by their names when their order is ready, instead of yelling out "one americano" which can be anybody's order.

I ordered a caramel latte here but they forgot to add the caramel syrup, so it just tasted like a plain, bad latte. The staff also weren’t pleasant at all, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, the prices are extremely high for what you get. Really disappointing overall — I wouldn’t recommend this place, definitely better to avoid it.
