We had a pleasant breakfast experience today at Costa Coffee, Nargis Mall. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting—perfect for a relaxed morning break. We ordered the carrot cake, Natta chocolate pastry, along with a hot latte and hot chocolate. Both the drinks were served warm and tasted great, especially the latte which was smooth and full-bodied. The carrot cake was moist and flavorful, and the Natta chocolate had a rich, indulgent taste. One minor disappointment was that croissants were not available, which was a bit surprising for a breakfast visit. Still, the service was courteous, and the staff was polite and attentive. Overall, a good spot for coffee and a quick sweet treat. Looking forward to trying more from the menu on our next visit!

The server was very rude, while misunderstanding the order. He told me to shut up. Be careful when ordering, they should hire more competent people , let alone polite.

ordered filter coffee, but the one I received is extremely weak. It tastes like it's mostly water with very little coffee. Please improve the quality.

The location is very nice, and place was clean and seating was good. But coffees (we bought Frappes) and sandwiches were subpar and bland. I usually love Costa but not sure why thr coffees were so bad When requested that coffee needs more sweetener, they asked for extra charges.
