This restaurant was very good and that’s why we came here 3 times during our stay in Baku. Prices are decent, portions are huge, food is delicious and service is fast enough. I really like sadj, but also startes very tasty and there are so many options to choose from. I really liked the local cuisine. There weren’t many vegan options in menu, but they could easily change meals and were willing to do so, when I asked for it. Also many meals are gluten-free (usually just ask without bread). The prices were decent when considering location, there is also 10% service fee, which isn’t optional and unfortunately it is pretty common in Baku. There are enough table, reservation wasn’t needed at all. Anyway I would definitely come back when I am in Baku another time.

First of all look for the sign it’s underground. If you don’t know you will miss it. I was being cared for by Azaf, he was extremely hospitable. The menu is extensive. The food is spectacular. The design is breathtaking. The price is reasonable for the quality of food and service. From a tourist point of view at least. I recommend this place highly.

The food is amazing. We tried mixed grill it was little bit over cooked but full of flavors. The eggplant salad is a must try. We also tried the lentil and chicken soups, very nice for appetizers. It is really an authentic place with very delicious food and special atmosphere

Excellent spot near Fountains square. Its underground so look for the entrance sign. Very cool but touristy interior but don't let that fool you. The service is fantastic. Very attentive and precise. Prices are reasonable for such a nice place and menu is huge. The mutton ribs were excellent with nice meat and sinew. My partner's lamb was very good with sweet pomegranate and walnuts. Thus was all with 2 drink for under 60. They also had video running of traditional cooking and crafts of the region. We will be back.

Best restaurant to try local food in Baku. We were welcomed with Indian live music. It was heart warming. The food was incredible with top-notch service.

The food was delicious and very fresh. It arrived in less than 15 minutes, which was great. I really enjoyed the atmosphere — it feels warm and authentic. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

We were pleased to have our dinner there, there was no line to wait., which esas a pleasant surprise. The service was very attentive and friendly and the prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food. If I had to mention something to improve, it would be the cleanliness. they should keep the place a bit cleaner. Maintain a higher standard of hygiene would make the experience truly unforgettable.

We are very disappointed with our experience at Dolma Restaurant in Baku. The food was okay, nothing special ,but the issue with the bill was unacceptable. We asked the waiter directly whether the bill included service. He clearly told us it did not. Based on his answer, we left an additional tip. After paying, we noticed that 10% service had already been added to the bill. This is misleading and unprofessional. Providing incorrect information about service charges, especially to tourists, is not acceptable. Transparency and honesty should be basic standards in hospitality. Very disappointing experience
