The place itself is located in a very nice place and specifically in summer time good for sitting outside. I took Coffee Macchiato and was fine yet sometimes they put a lot foamed milk so taste of coffee lost. All in all good place to visit. Cheers ✌🏻

It was one of the best coffees I’ve ever went to One of the staff her name is (seyidxanım) she is a gorgeous and kind person she helped us at everything even when we were not sure about what we order, 8 Days in baku and she is the first person that welcomes us like that, I hope all the best for her. There were no options for people who want chicken and also they gave us leak cups and staff was also not cooperative I'll suggest everything to go to Starbucks it's way better than gloria jeans

Today at your branch in front of nizami park, icherisheher, we ordered a small Chocolate Macadamia Latte and a medium White Mocha with normal milk (we clearly declined lactose-free multiple times). We weren’t given a receipt, and later saw we were charged 23 AZN for lactose-free milk and larger sizes than requested. This was not a misunderstanding, our order was repeated clearly. Being charged for add-ons and upgrades we declined is unacceptable. As a regular customers, and international students who live here, we loved Gloria jeans coffee so far, but this is a very dissapointing experience from a well known coffee brand
