This branch is probably the best Gloria Jean's in Baku 🧡 They usually have plant milk options and the staff is friendly. Most of the time they play the same playlist but it is never loud or tiring. The service is really fast and the place is almost never crowded. One of the best places to sit in peace, study or work.

I recently visited Gloria Jean’s Coffees and while there were some positives, I believe there’s definitely room for improvement. The coffee was decent, but lacked the extra touch that makes a cup feel crafted with care. A bit more attention to detail in presentation and taste would go a long way in making the experience more memorable. The staff were friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated — a warm atmosphere always makes a difference. Additionally, I believe baristas should proactively ask for preferences such as almond or coconut milk — especially since these are not default options. When syrups or milk alternatives are offered, it should also be clearly communicated that these are charged as extras. Presenting them as standard options without mentioning the additional cost can be misleading and confusing for customers. However, the food selection was disappointing. The sandwich options were quite limited, and unfortunately, not inclusive of dietary preferences. There were no gluten-free or lighter options available, which is something many customers increasingly look for. I tried the chicken roll, but sadly it fell below expectations. Overall, while the environment was welcoming, the quality of the food and the attention to coffee presentation need improvement for Gloria Jean’s to stand out in a competitive café scene.

Coffee is of average quality - not as good as some other coffeeshops in the city. Prices are high in my opinion, some options are egen overpriced well above the average. Cozy seating but sometimes it gets too noisy. Considering the price level and lower quality of coffee, I wouldn’t really recommend.

Today at your branch in front of nizami park, icherisheher, we ordered a small Chocolate Macadamia Latte and a medium White Mocha with normal milk (we clearly declined lactose-free multiple times). We weren’t given a receipt, and later saw we were charged 23 AZN for lactose-free milk and larger sizes than requested. This was not a misunderstanding, our order was repeated clearly. Being charged for add-ons and upgrades we declined is unacceptable. As a regular customers, and international students who live here, we loved Gloria jeans coffee so far, but this is a very dissapointing experience from a well known coffee brand
