Unforgettable experience I had in this 5 stars restaurant with a very delicious steak and appetizers. If you reach Baku without this experience you didn’t have that much enjoyment. Watch out it’s little bit expensive.

They burned my shirt during a fire show and didn’t think to apologize by words or actions. Someone could be sitting on that chair with the shirt and then the consequences would be way worse. We asked them to remove the price of the fully destroyed shirt from the bill but they refused. After long negotiations they suggested to buy one. Again there were no apologies or regrets addressed to us. You don’t need to be a genius of customer service or restaurant business to understand that this action could endanger health of one of the guests and happened due to unfollowing safety regulations.

Very bad atmosphere and terrible meals. They allow smoking in a closed space and also use fireworks not intended to be used in badly ventilated areas, which fills the whole restaurant with nasty smells and smoke. It gets very difficult to breathe, especially on cold days when opening the windows is not desirable. The taste of the meals and the quantity was also very bad given the price. The music was far too loud for such a small place. There are far better places to visit and dine in Baku.

We arrived at the restaurant and were NOT greeted nicely. The waiter was horrible, angry and impatient. When we were ordering they kept on making unpleasant faces. Half of the menu was not available. Barely any options to order. Worst of all, when the food arrived there was a stray of hair in the food. When we told the waiter he laughed and blamed us, did not apologize and just left the room without any explanation. The whole experience was just disgusting, the food was mediocre and in small portions. DO NOT COME HERE. It’s not worth it at all. 0 stars.
