13.04.2025 Saat 12:35’te siparişlerimizi kasadan alırken, padnos istedik. Pandosta donmuş meyve lekesi vardı. Yenisini istedik ve verdiler. Yaklaşık 5 dakika sonra yine Padnos istemeye gittim. Aynı Padnosu “üzerinden donmuş meyve lekesi olan” yine bize verdiler. İlk aldığım padnosu da ikincisini de fotoğrafladım. Dilersiniz WhatsApp üzerinden size gönderebilirim. Çalışan hanımlara ve Menejer idi galiba, yetkili arkadaşa da bu durumu bildirdim. Yer:📍Crescent Mall.

When my number 009 already shown on the screen I approach to the counter but they instantly number on the screen disappears and they say I have to wait then proceed to serve number 014.

Avoid this location—it’s a complete mess and feels borderline scammy. I ordered three burgers, and the experience was frustrating from the start. My order number never appeared on the pick-up display, and no one informed me that the food was ready. It was just sitting there, with the fries getting cold. When I started checking the unattended orders on the counter myself, I found mine—only to notice the Chickenburger was missing. After pointing it out, they did give it to me, but only after an extra wait. Then, at home, I realized the triple hamburger I ordered had been given as a double. So they messed up the order twice and corrected it only once. This kind of service is unacceptable. If orders can’t be fulfilled correctly, it's time for proper management. Either the staff is not trained, or they just don’t care.
