I recommend that you do not rent from this company. I requested a reliable car from the in town location. They were so unproffesional at drop off and pick up, showing up hours after we had arranged the drop off. They charged me extra to drive it from Baku to Sumqayit without checking first if I was okay to pay for it. The car they brought me had over 250k km and had been wrecked previously, with multiple scratches and damage. One of the shocks was busted out, it was barely able to drive up a hill. When it was time for the pickup they were two hours late. They charged me 900 manat for a few small scratches, saying that I had to pay for every day that it would need to be in the shop, which they estimated 4 days. And they tried to set me up for the broken shocks. Additionally 4 men showed up for the drop off and pick up. They made me drive the car around with all the men in it at drop off and pick up. I have no idea why. It was extremely unproffesional. I had a traffic violation, but they charged me 300% of the actual fine. Please don't get scammed like I did.

I strongly advise against renting from this company. The car given already had numerous scratches and stains, with tape on the spoiler. Upon return of the vehicle, they charged almost a thousand manat for two very minor cosmetic scratches, despite the fact that the car already had visible cosmetic damage everywhere else. The amount charged was completely unreasonable for repairing such small issues. To save yourself stress, frustration, and being taken advantage of, I highly recommend choosing a different rental company.
