Great restaurant, amazing service, high quality food. I highly recommend for both breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and we had breakfast as well as dinner in Zafferano, and they were both amazing. The variety and richness of food at breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices, a variety of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, nuts, cheese, pastries, jams, two stands of freshly cooked stuff - traditional dishes as well as international dishes. Everyday the surprised us with special detox smoothies, fresh pomegranate juice. Very rich breakfast. Dinner was also very good. A lot of great dishes on the menu and everything we ordered was very tasty - the raw fish was very good, the pizza, the grilled sea bas, the salads. Everything was very good. And I can't say enough about the amazing service. Special thanks to Timor.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday lunch, and the atmosphere is truly gorgeous. I reserved a table in advance, but it seems that you don't need to do so because there aren't as many guests as usual. Here are the pros: • The restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, which guarantees a sophisticated vibe. • The high ceilings in Roman style and marble finishing create a beautiful interior. • They offer a special lunch menu. • The waitstaff is attentive and delicate. • The dishes I tried were delicious. I can confidently recommend this place. As for the cons: Essentially, there are no flaws that could ruin your lunch or dinner experience. On the contrary, a visit puts you in an elegant mood.

It was just a sudden decision to had our breakfast at zafferano but the experience was extra special and the food are indeed delicious. The service are one of a kind definitely I recommend to have your breakfast when you visit baku at zafferano.

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating Christmas lunch at this restaurant in Baku. The food was incredible—fresh, tasty, and perfectly prepared. There were also activities for the kids, which my little ones thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel even more special. The Christmas atmosphere was magical, from the decorations to the festive spirit. I loved every moment of being there, and it truly made our holiday memorable. We were three people enjoying the lunch set menu, and it was simply wonderful. Our waiter, Sabir, was outstanding – attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, filling, and beautifully presented. Excellent service all around – highly recommended!

lovely ambience with the flame towers view. service is great. i wasn’t able to enjoy their cuisine and a waiter was pretty understanding and compensated the chef’s tartare with delicious bakhlava. in short: pumpkin soup was good but a bit spiced. salmon tartare was a disaster: smoked salmon (??), a huge layer of avocado with mustard, caviar and capers - it’s all too much and don’t match.

Entrees fried calamari and prawns (really good!), beef carpaccio (ok!), minestrone soup. For mains - handmade pasta, sea bass and risotto (all average except pasta). Desserts - chocolate fondant was amazing, Tiramasu, cheesecake was ok and Eton mess was average. Was expecting amazing food being four seasons but a bit disappointing..wish smaller servings but better quality and presentation.

I went for breakfast at Zaffarano on a Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM, and the restaurant was almost empty. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The food was fine but nothing memorable. Honestly, I wish I had just eaten at the mall across the street. What disappointed me most was the service. Despite how quiet it was, staff were chatting among themselves, and I had to wait for their conversation to end before being served at the egg station. It was also difficult to get a waiter’s attention just to ask for water. Overall, not a terrible experience, but far below the service standards you expect when paying for a Four Seasons breakfast.
