I visited this Özsüt branch for the first time. The location is decent, though the atmosphere doesn’t quite match the ambiance of the Deniz Mall branch. That said, the food was excellent — consistently tasty and presented beautifully. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality justifies it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it.

Nice service, tasty tea and tasty sweet and jam. Place is good for both of eat something or just for meet with friends. Prices also normal there. Tea with sweets was for 1.5 AZN per glass.

Really nice mall, the dining area was very good and clean. The entertainment area with VR was enjoyable.

It seems like recently, they had a major change with their staff, there was a very friendly manager who always welcomed everybody coming in an suggesting places to sit, and waiters were different as well. Food used to be great 9 out of 10 times. At my last visit, we ordered a cappuccino that came out smelling like detergent, we had to ask the waiter to return it and ordered something else and americano made out of burnt coffee.

I visited this restaurant and ordered lunch menu, but the experience was highly disappointing. Although I was very hungry, the food was inedible - the meat in the roll had a foul smell, and the soup and fries were served cold. This will certainly be my last visit. Not recommended to anyone

This is probably the worst restaurant I have ever visited in Baku. It was my first and definitely my last time dining here. The food was completely tasteless, seemed far from fresh, and clearly lacked quality ingredients. The lunch menu they offered was extremely poor and felt like a waste of time and money.
